Mr. Corletta, a 1977 graduate of Allegheny College, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a 1980 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, has been a criminal defense attorney for over twenty-five years. Mr. Corletta has had numerous published cases, and has argued before both the Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals, the State's highest Court, as a solo practitioner, on significant Constitutional issues, as well as issues relating to DWI. Reports of Mr. Corletta's cases have appeared in numerous scholarly treatises and articles. He concentrates the majority of his criminal defense practice in the defense of drinking/driving cases. Mr. Corletta handles approximately 150 such cases per year. Mr. Corletta practices in eleven different Western New York counties.
